Survivor Game. The three H's

I will be running a simple Survivor game that you won't have to worry about forgetting to answer the questions each week.  The way it will work is that each person picks a team of eight people.  There will be points awarded weekly if someone on your team does a specific thing that is determined before the show begins. 
If you want to play pick out your team and post them here.  Pick whoever you want but be sure to check and make sure your team does not duplicate anyones teams before you.   I will post the questions before the show begins.

If any of your team is shown doing the following you will be awarded one point.

1.  Gathers material to build a shelter on the first show only.
2.  Finds a hidden immunity idol.
3.  Uses a hii to save themselves or someone else.
4.  Hands the group immunity idol back to Jeff.
5.  Sits out of a competition.
6.  Is the 1st addressed by Jeff at the tribal council.
7.  Is the 1st to vote at tribal council.
8.  Finds or is awarded an advantage.
9.  Plays an advantage.
10. Is saved by someone's immunity idol.

Two points will be awarded for:
1. Has to have medical team come check them out.
2. Is medically evacuated.
3. Is rocked out of the game or has to make fire.
4. Catches a chicken or kills a chicken.
5. Wins the reward when family comes to visit.
 
Three points awarded for
1. Being one of the final three

Five points awarded for
1. Being the sole survivor.

Scores for first show.
I have to apologize for the first question.  It said was shown gathering materials to build a shelter.  The show went so fast and from one tribe to another that I was unable to get all the names down.  Rather than give some points and leaving out others I am canceling that question.
