I will try putting up a quote each week like Ponytail did.  You can determine how many points they will add to the game, Outlast.

To be clear you can pick any player you want for the first three weeks. All I’m asking is that in week four you make sure your team is unique to help prevent ties.

Speaking candidly I went in to this episode trying to decide whether I should pick Gabby, Elizabeth or Carl as my next team member. But after this episode I feel like I may need to diversify my thinking and pick someone who has actually won a challenge that did not involve a slide puzzle. So for my second member I pick...

I noticed that several players missed out on the second week pick. If it's alright with everyone I'd like to offer them the opportunity to pick their second player along with their third player this week for the cost of 2 points.
