Stephen Watkins children Alexander and Christopher were abuducted in March of 2009 by their non custodial mother Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watkins. Their father Stephen Watkins has sole custody in Canada. Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watkins is on Canada's most wanted list.
Early this year the Watkins children were located in Poland, Ustaszewski's home country. But the children have
NOT been returned to Canada. The Polish courts has ordered the children to remain in their mothers care in Poland even though she kidnapped the children and Watkins has legal custody in Canada of the children. Since then Stephen has begun his fight to bring the children home. However this past week he lost another appeal to bring the children home.
If this was a case of a Polish child who was abducted into Canada the child would have been returned to Poland. Poland needs to follow the laws of the world and return these children to Canada!
