2. Comes in second in a lap - 1
3. U Turns another couple - 1
4. Successfully completes U Turn without being eliminated - 2
5. Gives aid or help to another team other than just giving hints.  -1  This would include stopping to help them, helping them with a task physically or telling them how to do it, etc.
