And to you, too. I am about 1/8 Irish, but I guess that is close enough. We had the usual corned beef and cabbage, with enough left overs to make corned beef hash... My hubby likes it way more that I do.

OM goodness. I felt asleep downstairs and was almost tempted to just stay there rather than  come up to bed.
I can't believe how late it is. Blame it on CNN. hahaha

About corn beef and cabbage. I had to eat it as a child and never cared much for cabbage so never made it here. So, goes to show why all 3 of my children had this today.
I like cold corn beef for a sandwich.
And, I would say that I am predominately Irish descent. But, that won't make me like cabbage even now. LOL 
Now off to bed and ... I don't feel the least bit tired right now.
Guess you can never win.
