Automatic logout occuring

Hi.  I have been experiencing an auto log-out when I am playing a game.  When I have completed the game, it tell me there's an error and then I see that I have been logged out.  Is this a feature I have to change in my own settings?

Its been happening to me as well. Our server has had issues over the past few days, which might be the reason why. If iit doesn't stop in the next few days I will contact them.

Court:
When you sign in, click stay logged on forever. Its right above the sign in button. That should hopefully help.
