The Prankster is quite distressed by an article he read over the weekend.  It discusses how pathways in the brain reconfigure themselves through repeated viewing of emoticons.  The Prankster did some back-of-the-envelope calculations and estimates that Cookie Monster is responsible for the rewiring of at least 25% of the Prankster’s neural network.  So, the Prankster has a question:
