Did you know Imodium is an over the counter opiate? This was news to me but there appears to be a rise in deaths where the only ingredient found in the autopsy is an opiate found in Imodium. Kids are buying mass quantities to get high.

I am shocked. I thought I knew what went on in the lives of young people but this one shocked me. We have to vote to get Imodium regulated like they do pseudo-ephedrine I guess.

I had absolutely no idea about this. How the heck do these kids know these things?
They are way too smart knowing this and way too immature and stupid for taking these drugs for anything other than what they are intended to do.

After reading this I read up on the side effects. They sound too serious to even use it.
We had several people in middle Georgia die from taking some drug that was laced with something dangerous. Would you believe it didn't stop the kids and adults from buying it to get that high, even knowing it could kill them.

I have heard that Mulcinex Fast-Max Dm-Max is being used by young adults to get high. They've started limiting it to two bottles each time you buy it

Its scary all of the drugs kids have access to these days. Fentanyl patches are also another big dangerous one out there.

When I was a kid I remember hearing if you added peanuts to coca cola you would get drunk. We tried it. I guess kids now hear the same rumors but it is so much more dangerous now because kids have access to money that we didn't have and OTC Pharmaceuticals are so dangerous.
