Season 4 begins April 6th and will run for 10 episodes. Rumor has it that it will be picked up for 7 Seasons all together, so hopefully by then, George will have finished his books.

New Characters:
Prince Oberyn Martell, the Red Viper
Ellaria Sand--his paramour
Mace Tyrell--according to Olenna, the lord oaf of Highgarden, father to Margaery and Loras
Tycho Nestoris--representative of the Bank of Braavos--to whom the Iron Throne owes millions in borrowed gold.
Hisdahr zo Loraq--crosses paths with Dani in Meeren
Fat Walda Frey--new wife of Roose Bolton
Lady Anya Waynwood, Bronze Yohn Royce--vassals of House Arryn
Styr--lieutenant of Mance Ryder
3 eyed crow, child of the forest--mysterious characters from Bran's storyline
