Title: Any good cupcake recipes out there?

I have entered a Cupcake Wars (fundraiser) contest, and since it was my idea, I need to make some cupcakes! I have a couple of ideas, but thought I would ask you guys if you have any special ones you like to make.

So far, I am going to make a Neapolitan cupcake with a chocolate filling and a Banana Split cupcake with a strawberry filling. Any others out there?

Wish I could have you over for a taste test!

Here's a pic of my Banana Split cupcakes--they were pretty darn good, but hard to make and a real mess in the kitchen.
