I don't have my sound on today but if this is Kate Smith's version, it always give me goosebump.

As a Daughter of the American Revolution, I know what my family did to win our freedom.  One died crossing the Delaware and one was captured at Guilford Courthouse.  It was difficult taking a stand against a stronger country, but they felt we were being mistreated.

Yes, Linda, it is Kate Smith's version and what I found years ago and try to put up.
When you have sound, play it . It always give me chills watching those people way back in the 40's during WWII, huddled around their radios before tv. ( Ronald Reagan is in one clip)

They thought, then, that they had a World war, they should see our world now.
When I play this video "God Bless America" , it give me comfort that maybe some day we all can live in peace and bring
God back into all our lives. It usually makes my eyes tear.
So, hopefully you will get your sound back and enjoy it.
