Medium well, but the rest of the fam likes rare...

My favorite new pasta recipe has brown butter, spaghetti, bacon, shaved asparagus, and grated parmesan! Yummo! I like trying different ones, and this one is a keeper, esp now during asparagus season.

I Like angel hair. But, when I used to make a whole big pot with meatballs and sausage I made shells.
