The project that the teams worked on was to make a two page advertorial and display for the Melania Skin Care selection. Donald introduced his wife, Melania to the teams and she explained what she wanted them to do. Comments were made about her looks.
She told them that she had worked ten years to perfect her skin care product using caviar.
Dennis was the project manager for Team Power while Penn was the project manager for Team Plan B. Dennis and Lil' Jon went to pick out the props for their team. Dennis was a hands-off manager leaving to the others to do whatever they could. Penn's team decided on having a gold tray with as much caviar as they could get.
When they gave the presentation Melania noticed that Team Power had spelled her name wrong on one of the posters. Team Plan B made the mistake of referring to her as the spokesperson for the product. These were both big goofs but the question was which one was the worse of the two.
In the boardroom it was stated that she loved the fact that Team Power emphasized that she had spent years of her life on the product and they liked their use of color but the big con was the misspelling of her name. For Team Plan B she loved the slogan they used but did not like being referred to as the spokesperson. In the end it was Plan B that won again.
Dennis said Trace was the one who was with the woman who wrote the words for the poster and didn't see that she had typed in the wrong letter in the name. In the end it was decided that Dennis would bring back only Trace. Since Dennis signed off on the final project he was the one that Donald fired.
Team Power is down to three players. Will someone from the other team be required to join them so the teams will be more even? We will see next week.
