This week we got down to the final two. The 3 remaining Idols sang 3 songs each--a pick from Randy, a pick from the judges, and a hometown pick.
The cream rose to the top with Caleb doing his usual phenomenal job in spite of a small hemmorhage on one of his vocal cords, and Jena belting it out behind the piano. Alex is a wonderful singer but pales by comparison to these two. It is a no brainer---Alex goes home.
Next week is the finale, and the Idols will be singing with some of their favorite stars. Caleb will be singing with Kiss, Jena with Paramor, and Alex with Jason Mraz. The other voted out contestants will be singing with some pretty powerful names, too. Should be a great show!
